Terms and conditions of 360° Support Equal Payment Plan:

 

I will provide current year tax preparation services and the additional services listed in your client contract offer on a monthly basis as long as you are current in your billing and remain setup for automatic monthly draft.

Your rate is locked in and guaranteed not to increase for 12 months and will auto renew on your contract anniversary date unless you notify me in writing at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.

​

You will not be billed additional expenses for efile, printing, and postage on your invoice.

​

You must agree to setup and maintain your equal payment plan on automatic draft by debit card, credit card, or ACH bank draft.

​

If you wish to cancel your contract within 15 days of signing and I have not provided any services to you, then you will receive a full refund less any payment processing fees I have incurred.

​

If you cancel your contract after 30 days of your signing date and I have not provided any services to you, no monies will be refunded but your contract will be cancelled without requiring buyout.

 

If you cancel your contract any time after signing and after I have provided services to you or on your behalf, then any balance left remaining on the contract becomes due in full immediately and without delay.

​

The terms and conditions of the equal payment plan contract will be arbitrated and adjudicated in the county of Wake in the state of North Carolina.

​

Any fees incurred on collection, arbitration, and/or adjudication will be attached to said ruling and paid to the party ruled in favor of by the court or adjudicator.
